Subject: Or, as the title cards say, "Outgoing Cargo!"
Pretty blah "News On Parade" film telling us about cargo ships being loaded and a tugboat company. Very Pro-American slant to it, because of course, America is the best country in the world. The ending is a bit curious though, as it's a bit of a "we intterupt this film" message to tell us.. um what? we should increase our productivity? What is the average american supposed to do then? Consume more, I guess?
